Hydration

Recommended by Andrew Sharobeem DO: “Hydrate with at least 64 ounces of water daily with two packets of electrolytes Ultima (found on Amazon or at Sprouts or Target) or LMNT (found on Amazon). Look for clean electrolytes, without added ingredients or sugar.”

Naltrexone

Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) can help with many EDS symptoms (pain, brain fog, gastrointestinal symptoms, muscle spasms). It is a daily medication. Contraindications include being on transplant medications and narcotic use.

Prescribers in Arizona include some allergists, some pain management physicians, AgelessRx, Foothills Neurology, Keystone Family Practice, and Natalie Metz FNP.

Four Corners Compounding Pharmacy can sometimes get LDN covered or reimbursed through insurance.
