Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is a condition in which the patient experiences repeated episodes of the symptoms of anaphylaxis – allergic symptoms such as hives, swelling, low blood pressure, difficulty breathing and severe diarrhea. High levels of mast cell mediators are released during those episodes. Learn more about MCAS at the Mast Cell Disease Society.

Practitioners in Arizona

Finding a practitioner who is knowledgeable about MCAS is difficult. This resource has been compiled with input from patients in numerous support groups and is updated as I come across mention of MCAS-aware practitioners.

Do you have a practitioner or other information to add to this resource? Please email me, and I’ll happily get that info included on this page.

This listing is meant to provide a first step in locating a practitioner but is not a recommendation. It is recommended to contact any practitioner you are considering to ensure that they are still in practice and can help you with MCAS.
