National Associations

The American Reflexology Certification Board® certifies reflexologists in the US and is the only certifying agency recognized by the Reflexology Association of America. They offer examinations in two areas of certification, the foot and the hand.

The Reflexology Association of America offers two levels of membership: professional level membership for individuals with a minimum of 300 hours of training in foot, hand and/or ear reflexology, and associate level membership for reflexology practitioners with less than 300 hours of training, reflexology students, reflexology schools, businesses, state reflexology associations and interested parties wishing to support the field of reflexology.

The National Council for Reflexology Educators supports the needs of reflexology teachers, schools and educators by offering educational resources, forums, conferences, online training, webinars, and a voice at legislative proceedings. NCRE’s mission is to set national standards for reflexology education and to recognize educators and programs that meet those standards in order to strengthen reflexology education.

Canadian Associations

The main objectives of the Reflexology Association of Canada are to raise awareness of the benefits of the practice, to set and maintain high standards among practicing professionals, provide continuing education opportunities, and to act as an effective referral system for registered reflexology therapists across Canada.
